In the grand scheme of things, it hasn't really been that long but it seems to long. I realize that I keep too many things in and this provides an outlet for me to express myself. I'm not sure how many people even read this but hopefully I can do my best to shock and offend any and all in one way or another. Hopefully the grammer and literature geeks are the first ones, from the three conjunctions in the previous sentence!:)
The workout routine is going good. Slowly getting the kinks and dust off my body. I did have a minor set back when a ridiculous night out prevented me from DOING WORK SON the next day.
Something I've wanted to talk about... Tiger 'Freakin' Woods. The man is a machine. When the pressure is the greatest, he is the smoothest. We've all heard the over analysis of him being the greatest and being uber clutch. I just want to touch on how he challenges himself to be the greatest. Almost everyone likes competition. Competition is the piston that drives society's engine. The few individuals though that enjoy competition with themselves are more often than not the ones who become the champions in their field. Those who strive to become better people become better people.

Day One of 12-week Triathlon Training Program
I completed day one of a twelve week program that I got from the most recent edition of Outside Magazine. I will link it in the next day or two as it does not get posted online until tomorrow. It was rough but not as bad as it could be. The core workouts flew and were actually fun. The swimming part caused me to struggle as my form was not there. I did not have goggles which made the swim annoying but it is what it is. Tomorrow is 45 minutes of biking and strength training. Well know how rough of a ride I'm in for tomorrow after the strength part, as I have not lifted weights in many years.
I treated myself for my successful first day with a dinner of rainbow trout, brown rice and asparagus.
Thats all for today as I can feel fatigue setting in at 9:00 PM.
Tomorrow will be better than today!
